Pulled Pork Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 (4-pound) pork shoulder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Mix salt, pepper, sugar, paprika, garlic, onion, and cayenne in a bowl; rub over pork.
- Place pork in a roasting pan and pour apple cider vinegar around it.
- Cover and roast for 4 hours, until tender and easily shredded.
- Shred pork, mix with barbecue sauce, and serve.
